Full Exterior Transformation

The Challenge
The exterior masonry paint was flaking heavily, and the wooden window frames were showing signs of rot. The property looked neglected and was at risk of water ingress.
Our Solution
We scraped back all loose paint, repaired the damaged render, and treated the wood. We then applied a high-quality, weather-resistant masonry paint system.
The Result
A property that looks brand new and is protected from the elements for years to come. The client was delighted with the increased curb appeal.

1. Severe Penetrating Damp
This bathroom wall had failed from the outside, causing severe damp and plaster damage. We repaired the external cause, dried the wall, and restored the interior.
2. Ceiling Water Damage
A leaking roof caused significant staining and plaster failure. We fixed the roof leak first, then stripped back the damaged plaster and redecorated.
3. Bathroom Peeling Paint
Moisture trapped behind the paint caused it to bubble and peel. We treated the surface, filled, sanded, and applied specialist mould-resistant paint.
4. Window Reveal Mould
Cold bridging around the window caused black mould growth. We treated the mould and applied thermal solutions to prevent it returning.
